Full-Time Camp Host:
As a Camp Host, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks. These include warmly welcoming guests, assisting at the Camp Store as required, providing support to guests in resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior facilities, with a particular focus on bathroom buildings. The Camp Host will assist the Manager in ensuring that all guests are checked out on time and that each camp spot is properly prepared for the next guest’s arrival. Additionally, some maintenance work will be expected.
Camp Hosts must have their own RV if they are provided with a campsite. This requirement is in place to ensure that Camp Hosts have the necessary means to stay on-site and fulfill their responsibilities effectively. By having their own RV, Camp Hosts can better serve campers and contribute to the overall positive experience at the campground.
Event Coordinator:

Job Description: As the Event Coordinator at The Farm RV Resort, you will be responsible for organizing and managing a variety of events on the property. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing events ranging from weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, festivals, and community events. You will work closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life and that every event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events for guests, including weddings, family reunions, corporate events, and special celebrations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee event setup, including decor, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Ensure event spaces are ready for use and maintained throughout the event.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after their events.
- Collaborate with the resort management team to ensure event-related logistics align with resort offerings and operations.
- Handle all event paperwork, contracts, and budgets.
- Monitor event expenses and stay within budget guidelines.
- Promote the resort’s event facilities and services to attract new business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Maintenance / Janitorial / Grounds
**Responsibilities:**
– Perform routine maintenance and repair. Mowing, Weed Eating, Landscaping, and Cleaning Restrooms, are some of the tasks for our maintenance person.
-Installing and putting together camping equipment at the resort
-Helping in the store
-Helping to keep the fire pits clean
-Helping to keep the restrooms stocked and cleaned.
– Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and fabricate or modify equipment as necessary.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
**Experience:**
– Previous experience in a maintenance role, focusing on mechanical maintenance and equipment repair.
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Security Guard/Outside Check-In
We are looking for an outside security guard to check in guests at the RV Resort. Must be able to work nights (till 9:30 pm) and weekends. Rotating day/evening shifts. Must be friendly, and have excellent customer service skills.
Security Staff Responsibilities
As part of the security team at The Farm RV Resort, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the resort, particularly during the guest check-in process. You will be responsible for verifying the information of guests as they arrive, ensuring that all necessary details are gathered for the check-in staff. This includes:
- Collecting the guest’s name, the number of individuals in the vehicle, and any additional vehicles accompanying the group.
- Recording license plate numbers to assist the check-in team with processing and tracking guest vehicles.
Additionally, in the mornings, your duties will include:
- Starting the robotic pool cleaning machine to ensure the pool is clean and ready for use. Before opening the gates at 10 am for guests we will remove and store the robot.
- 10 am Opening the pool gates to allow access to guests.
- Unlocking the pickleball and basketball courts for guest enjoyment.
In the evenings, your responsibilities will reverse, ensuring that all areas are properly closed down:
- Locking the pool gates.
- Ensuring the robotic cleaning machine is running for the night.
- Closing and securing the pickleball and basketball courts.
As part of your duties, the Outside Check-In/Security team will also be responsible for monitoring the speed of vehicles, golf carts, and bikes within the resort. To ensure the safety of all guests, we enforce a strict speed limit throughout the property, and this policy must be followed at all times.
Additionally:
- Golf Cart Drivers: All golf cart operators must be licensed drivers. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to drive golf carts.
- Bikes: Bikes are not permitted to be ridden after dark, by resort safety guidelines.
Your role in monitoring and enforcing these rules helps maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests at The Farm RV Resort.
During holidays or peak times, guest check-ins may become more hectic. It is crucial to stop each vehicle entering the resort to verify that all incoming guests are paid and registered. If a vehicle does not have a vehicle tag, the driver must be directed to the check-in counter to purchase a guest pass. Please note that there are no exceptions to this rule.
Your role will help ensure that The Farm RV Resort maintains a secure and organized environment for all guests while providing a positive experience.

RV Resort Customer Service Rep/Cashier/Check-In Clerk
**Previous Campground Experience preferred but not required. **
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently processing transactions at the cash register. You will also be greeting customers and checking them in for their stay at the RV Resort. You may also be tasked with helping with the snack bar area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
– Scan goods and collect payments
– Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
– Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
– Bag, box, or wrap merchandise/food
– Assist customers in locating products
– Upsell products and services
-Helping management with any task associated with holiday events.
Skills:
– Excellent time management skills
– Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Ability to manage stock and inventory
– Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
– Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately

As a Snack Bar Attendant at The Farm RV Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a great experience at our snack bar. You will assist in preparing and serving snacks, beverages, and light meals while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and helping guests with their orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and take snack and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve snacks, and drinks efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Ensure food and beverage areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the register.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including cleaning countertops and equipment.
Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
