The Farm RV Resort Rules and Policies
We have rules and regulations for the safety of our guests.
🕒 Front Desk Hours: Peak Season: 8 AM – 9 PM Off Season: 8 AM – 6 PM (Subject to change due to weather or occupancy)
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out: Check-In: 1:00 PM — RV must be present. Stop at the office for your vehicle pass and wristbands. Check-Out: 11:00 AM — late departures: $100/hour (min. 1 hr.) This helps the next guest check in on time without delays. Early departures can drop wristbands in the drop box.
📅❌Cancellations
No refunds for early departure, bad weather, or holidays/special events. $3.50 reservation fee is non-refundable.
No-Shows: No contact within 24 hours of check-in = full reservation forfeited.
14+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $20
14–2 days: 50% refund minus $20
<48 hrs.: No refund
🎟 Wristbands & Visitors – Wristbands are required for all amenities. Red = adults (18+), Blue = kids. Visitors: $5 fee, must check in and wear a wristband. No sharing wristbands. Visitor parking is in overflow only.
👧👦 Kids – Parents are responsible for supervision. Children under 14 must be with an adult at the pool, pond, courts and playground. No fence climbing.
🐾 Pets – Must be leashed (6 ft max), quiet, and vaccinated. No pets in pool, pavilions, or shower houses. Only registered RV guests’ pets allowed. Service animals welcome unless aggressive.
🎥 Surveillance & Photo Use – We use video surveillance. By staying, you agree to photo use for resort marketing (print/web).
🏊 Pool & Slide Rules – Follow All Posted Rules – Registered guests only. Wristbands required. No lifeguards. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 must be with an adult. No diving, glass, alcohol, or running. Slide: Must be 44″ tall, swim-capable. One rider at a time, feet first.
🏀 Pickleball & Basketball – Follow posted rules. Be courteous to other guests. Clean up after yourself. No bikes or scooters on courts.
🚿 Restrooms & Laundry – Guests only. No pets. Items left behind will be discarded.
🚭 No Smoking – No smoking in resort buildings or pool area. Smoking allowed at your site only. Dispose of butts properly.
🔥 Campfires & Outdoor Space – One picnic table per site. Keep firewood off concrete and stacked near the grass. Campfires in rings only (Do not move fire ring). No burning trash/plastic.
🚫 Prohibited – No: Tents, tarps, hot tubs, pools, clotheslines, indoor furniture. ATVs, mini bikes, side-by-sides (must stay trailered), drones, fireworks, firearms. Hazardous materials. Washing of RVs/vehicles
🚐 RVs – Factory-built, good condition only. Must use jack pads/blocks – no ground contact. Do not alter hookups. Use surge protectors & water regulators. Sewer use only — no dumping on the ground.
🚗 Vehicles – 1 vehicle included. 2nd = $5/day. Park only in your site or overflow. Display parking pass at all times. Do not drive across sites or grass.
Golf Carts- $5/day. Upload insurance in guest portal. Licensed driver required. No use during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). Loud carts will be removed if not corrected.
🚲 Bikes & E-Bikes – Daylight use only. Helmets recommended. Stay off sidewalks, grass, pool area, walking paths, and landscaping. No riding on courts. E-bikes must follow speed limits.
🍻 Alcohol – Allowed at your campsite only. No public display or intoxication. Violators will be removed.
🌐 Wi-Fi – Free. Use for legal purposes only. Not responsible for device connectivity.
🗑Trash – Bag trash and use resort dumpsters (found on campground map). No garbage in facility cans. Do not leave trash out overnight.
🔥 Fire Safety – Keep a fire extinguisher in your RV.
⚠ Liability – Use of amenities is at your own risk. The resort is not liable for accidents, losses, or damages.
❄️Winter Camping Policy – The Farm RV Resort: Winter camping can be a great adventure, but weather conditions may affect access and services at the resort. Please keep the following in mind: Snow, ice, and other hazardous weather may delay or prevent staff from clearing campsites or reaching the resort. Camping during winter weather is at your own risk—please come prepared and take all necessary precautions. Before booking online, we recommend calling us first. Even if staff can’t be on-site, we’ll answer the phone and provide updates on road and resort conditions.
📢 Final Say – Rules may change without notice. Management decisions are final. Violations may result in removal.
