A Campground Map of The Farm RV Resort

Use this campground map to help familiarize yourself with the location of the office, snack bar, convenience store, sports courts, swimming pool, and other public facilities within the Resort. Once you arrive at The Farm RV Resort, printed maps will be available. Below the map, you will find the rules for the RV Resort.

  • Front Desk Hours: 8:00 am until 9 pm  Off Season 1 PM till 6 PM
  • Check-In: 1:00 PM Please call if you will be arriving after 6 PM. All campers and guests are required to check in at the office when they arrive to obtain a vehicle pass and camper packet.
  • Check Out: 11:00 am. A fee of $100.00 per hour will be applied for late departures, with a minimum charge of one hour. This policy ensures that the next guest can set up their camper without any delays. If you are checking out before the office opens there is a drop box at the back door for wristbands and visitor passes.

–Quiet Time: 10:00 pm until 8:00 am –Pool Hours: 10:00 am-9:00 pm (Seasonal)
–Speed Limit: 7 mph or less throughout the park. Watch for Children. NO BIKE RIDING AFTER DARK

We have rules and regulations for the safety of our guests.

Campground Hours:

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $25 fee. Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival will receive a 50% refund, also minus the $25 fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departures or discomfort caused by nature. The no-cancellation policy applies to Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, and Halloween Spooktacular. The $3.50 reservation fee is always non-refundable.
  • Wristbands: Remember to wear your wristbands at all times to access resort amenities! Wristbands must be returned to the office upon departure. Failure to return wristbands will result in a $25 charge. A $5 fee will be charged for any broken or lost wristbands during your stay. Red wristbands are for adults (18+), and blue wristbands are for those under 18.
  • Visitors: All visitors must register upon arrival at the campground. There is a fee of $5.00 for each visitor, with no exceptions. For safety and security, all visitors must register and agree to follow the Resort’s Guidelines and Rules. Visitor parking is available in designated overflow areas, and a visible resort parking tag is required. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave. Visitors must pay the visitor fee to access Park Amenities, ensuring exclusive use for registered guests. Visitors may not use paying guests’ wristbands to access the pool, basketball, or pickleball courts
  • Children: Parents are responsible for their children’s location, safety, and behavior. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool, pond, and playground—no exceptions. The Farm RV Resort is not liable for any injuries or damages to unsupervised children. Children are not allowed to ride bikes or scooters on the Pickleball or basketball courts, and climbing on fences is prohibited.
  • Pets: Pets must have current vaccinations. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking is not allowed. Pets are prohibited from the shower house, pool area, and pavilions, and must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) unless inside the RV. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Only pets of registered RV guests are allowed, and service animals are welcome as long as they do not show aggression.
  • Video/Camera Surveillance: The Farm RV Resort monitors property and buildings. By staying at the Resort, you grant permission for The Farm RV Resort, its representatives, and employees to take photographs of you and your property. You authorize The Farm RV Resort to copyright, use, and publish these photos in print or electronically for any lawful purpose, including publicity, advertising, and web content, with or without your name.
  • Swimming Pool: The pool is for registered guests only during designated hours, and access requires a wristband. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. There are no lifeguards on duty, and staff are not trained as lifeguards—swim at your own risk. No diving, running, glass containers, or alcohol allowed. Please help keep the pool area clean by disposing of trash and personal items. All infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers for hygiene and safety. Swimsuits are required, and guests should refrain from swimming if unwell or with open wounds.  Water Slide:  Children must be able to swim and have a minimum height of 44″ to use the slide.  Riders must come down the slide one at a time, Feet first, with no floatation devices.  Wait your turn.  NO ROUGH PLAY.
  • Pickleball and Basketball Courts:  Please be courteous to other guests.    Follow all posted rules.  Pick up after yourself and dispose of all garbage.  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  NO Bikes or scooters on the Pickleball or basketball courts. 
  • Restrooms/Showers/Laundry Room: Use is restricted to registered guests only. Personal items may not be stored. Left behind items will be discarded.  No Pets in the Shower House.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the restrooms/showers/pool area or any RV Resort building. Smoking is permitted at individual sites only. Cigarette Butts must be picked up and disposed of.
  • Outdoor Living Space: Do not remove picnic tables from their sites; each site is allowed one picnic table—no exceptions. Please close awnings/canopies when your RV is unattended to prevent damage from strong winds. Campfires are only allowed in fire rings, and relocating fire rings is not permitted. Do not burn plastic, trash, or glass in fire rings. Political flags and banners are not allowed in the campground.
  • Firewood can NOT be stacked directly on the concrete.  It must be stacked nearly at the edge of the grass.  No cutting or taking firewood from anywhere around The Resort.
  • Prohibited/Don’ts: No tents allowed on any RV site along with Tarps, Pools, Hot Tubs, Clotheslines, Indoor Furniture, No ATVs/ Mini Bikes/ Go Carts or Side by Sides (if you have side by sides for a ride they must stay on your trailer while in the resort), Drones, Fireworks/firearms/bow and arrows/ pellet guns, Hazardous materials. No exceptions. 
  • RV Policy: All recreational vehicles must be registered and in good working order. Only factory-manufactured units are allowed. RVs must be properly leveled and supported with equipment like Jack Pads or Wooden Blocks—no exceptions. Guests cannot modify the Resort’s electric, water, or sewer connections. We highly recommend using a Surge Protector at the pedestal and a water regulator to prevent damage. If electrical issues require a certified electrician, guests will be responsible for service costs and any damages. The Resort’s responsibility is limited to the connection point, and wastewater must be disposed of in the designated sewer connection—dumping on the ground is prohibited.
  • Personal Vehicles: Each reservation includes 1 Vehicle Pass, which must be displayed visibly on the rearview mirror at all times with the site number facing outward. A $10 fee will be charged if the pass is not displayed. Each site accommodates 2 vehicles and 1 camper. The first vehicle is included, but the 2nd vehicle incurs a $5 per day charge.  Additional Vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas. Do not park in empty sites or on the street, and ensure your vehicle does not intrude on neighboring sites. Always drive on designated roadways and avoid driving through empty sites.
  • Golf Carts: You may bring your golf cart for a $5.00 per day permit fee. Your insurance card must be uploaded to your guest portal. A licensed driver must be in the driver’s seat at all times—no exceptions. Golf carts are not permitted during quiet hours (10 pm – 8 am). Golf carts must have a muffler and should not be loud. Loud golf carts will be asked to park, and if the issue continues, you will be required to remove it from the property.
  • Bicycles/E-BIKES: For the safety of children, bicycle riding is welcome during daylight hours only. The use of helmets is highly recommended. Do not park or ride on grass, playground, pool area, walking path, or through landscaping.  NO Bikes or scooters on the Pickleball or basketball courts. E-bikes are welcome but must follow the speed limit.
  • Alcoholic Beverages: This is a family-friendly resort. Alcoholic beverages are only permitted at your campsite.  No exceptions. Public display of alcohol is not allowed, and there is zero tolerance for public intoxication. Any altercations will result in immediate removal from the park.
  • Wi-Fi Notice: By using the Resort’s Internet Access Network, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Transmission of material in violation of federal or state laws is strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for Wi-Fi connectivity issues on your TV or other devices. Wi-Fi is a free service provided by the resort.
  • Trash: Place trash in plastic bags and dispose of it in the resort-provided dumpsters. Do not throw personal garbage in restrooms, laundry, or any other facility trashcans. Do not leave garbage outside overnight.  Dumpsters are found at the end of Lands Crossing, behind the privacy fence. 
  • Fire Safety: Fire safety is of the utmost importance at the RV Resort. A fire extinguisher must be available in your RV.
  • General Liability/Injuries: Guests are welcome to enjoy all Resort facilities, including campsites, the pool, and recreational areas. By using these amenities, guests release The Farm RV Resort and its affiliates, employees, agents, and volunteers from liability for property loss, damage, or injury. The Resort is not responsible for losses due to fire, theft, natural disasters, accidents, or shutdowns, whether planned or emergency. Soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing, and trading are prohibited within the park.
  • THE FARM RV RESORT FINAL SAY: The Farm RV Resort reserves the right to update Rules and Regulations to ensure fairness and the best experience for all guests. Management’s decisions on disputes are final. Violating rules that cause property damage or safety concerns may result in the termination of your stay. Management may also end a stay for any reason. Policy changes may occur without prior notice.
